Line Chef

NOW HIRING: LINE COOK / CHEF

Taste & Sea in Glen Mills is looking for an experienced Line Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team.

This is not an entry-level position. Prior professional kitchen experience is required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to quality and presentation
• Experience working on a restaurant line
• Strong knife, prep, and cooking skills
• Experience grilling and sautéing prime cuts of steak, chops, pork, whole fish, shellfish, and seafood
• Experience with classic stock production
• A great work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Must be available nights, weekends, and select holidays

Full-time

Compensation: Hourly — Based on Experience
