We’re looking for an experienced Employment Services leader to take the reins of our Fairfield branch.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for branch performance, participant outcomes, team capability and contractual KPI delivery. You’ll lead from the front, coach your team to perform and build strong relationships with employers and local stakeholders to drive sustainable employment outcomes.

The Role

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Consultants
• Drive participant engagement, caseload performance, job placements and sustainable employment outcomes
• Monitor branch performance against contractual KPIs, targets and compliance requirements
• Use performance data and reporting to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Build strong employer and community partnerships to create employment opportunities
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and case management reviews
• Create a culture of accountability, high performance and exceptional participant service
• Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the branch

About You

• Previous experience in Employment Services, Workforce Australia, Transition to Work or a similar program
• Proven experience leading and coaching a KPI-driven team
• Strong employer engagement and stakeholder management skills
• A hands-on, accountable and solutions-focused leadership style
