Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role:

We have a unique and exciting new position for someone to provide warehouse and logisticssupport at the GEANZ Tool Centre’s facility located in Newcastle. As a Material Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating material orders, inventory transactions, customer enquiries and logistics activities. You will work closely with service, planning, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure critical components and materials are available and delivered on time.

6 month contract role to start ASAP .
The Tool Centre is located in Beresfield, NSW
Monday to Friday, 10 hours shifts.

Role Responsibilities

Manage material orders and fulfilment activities for internal and external customers.

Respond to enquiries relating to stock availability, pricing, delivery schedules, sales orders and backorders.

Coordinate material movements to support customer and operational requirements.

Work closely with planning and service teams to forecast material demand and support inventory management.

Coordinate domestic and international freight and import activities.

Process inventory and material transactions within Oracle.

Support stocktakes, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse compliance activities.

Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

About You:

Desirable: Experience within the wind, renewable energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or material coordination.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or similar inventory management platforms.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and team-oriented approach.

Strong knowledge and commitment to safety
