Summary
The Picker will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties. This may include picking, checking, packaging, and restocking of merchandise with proper warehouse industrial equipment.

Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Compensation
This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $19.75 to $22.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $42,100 and $56,900 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for picking, packaging, checking merchandise, put-away, and loading pallets.
- Operate industrial warehouse equipment such as: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-down or Stand-up Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, and other equipment as assigned.
- Restock items and conduct inventory.
- Repackage and re-palletize the tile product on the ground or in the racks.
- Complete daily equipment checklist prior to operating any industrial lifts.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Education and Experience Requirements
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) plus years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Industrial Warehouse Equipment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of using a computer or tablet is a plus.
