Key Responsibilities:\n

  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and multinational customers.
  • \n
  • Lead complex sales cycles, develop strategic account plans, and build relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Present tailored solutions, negotiate high-value contracts, and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • \n
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from prospecting through to onboarding.
  • \n
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • \n
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
  • \n
Experience and Qualifications:\n
    \n
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, including experience winning enterprise or multinational customers.
  • \n
  • Proven success managing complex, high-value sales opportunities and exceeding revenue targets.
  • \n
  • Strong consultative selling, executive stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation skills.
  • \n
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar sales enablement platforms and a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • \n
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
  • \n
  • Ideally located in Brisbane, however Sydney and Melbourne candidates will also be considered depending on experience
