Job Description
A VP of Systems Engineering is required to lead system architecture and platform development for advanced semiconductor products in Barcelona. The VP of Systems Engineering will define and drive system-level strategy, working closely with hardware, software, and product teams. This VP of Systems Engineering role offers ownership of complex, high-performance computing platforms.
Responsibilities
Define and lead system architecture across hardware and software platforms
Drive integration of silicon, firmware, and system-level solutions
Lead cross-functional teams across systems, software, and hardware engineering
Own platform strategy, roadmap, and technical direction
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define requirements
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of system platforms
Requirements
Strong background in system architecture within semiconductor or high-performance computing
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Deep understanding of hardware/software co-design and system integration
Proven track record delivering complex platforms to market
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
