Propsoch is building India‘s most trusted advisory model for one of life‘s biggest purchase decisions — a home. We‘re scaling our advisory team fast and looking for sharp, consultative salespeople who can bring structured, trust-first selling to a high-value category.

We‘re hiring a Sales Specialist who can build trust in the first conversation — no pressure tactics, no urgency games. If you‘ve sold fintech, SaaS, insurance, or investment products- this is the chance.

Two tracks open:

1. Fresher Track — MBA graduates who want to build a sales career from the ground up. No experience required — we‘ll train you.
2. Experienced Track — 1-5 years in sales/inside-sales/relationship management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, insurance, or investment/wealth products, handling high-ticket or high-consideration sales cycles.

What You‘ll Do

• Own the first conversation with prospective customers — understand needs, qualify intent, and set the tone of trust from message one
• Run structured discovery calls to uncover budget, preferences, and decision timelines
• Qualify and route high-intent leads to Advisors within defined SLAs
• Manage 40-50+ outbound/inbound touches a day across calls, messages, and follow-ups
• Maintain clean, updated records in CRM — no lead falls through the cracks
• Continuously sharpen your pitch based on customer feedback and market insight
