Role Description

The Online Business English Teacher will deliver high-quality business-focused English lessons to professionals and executives, using C-Leader’s personalized methodology. Day-to-day tasks include preparing tailored lesson plans based on learners’ industries and roles, conducting live online classes, and focusing on communication skills for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and leadership contexts. The teacher will assess learner progress, provide detailed feedback, and adjust content to address evolving communication needs and business scenarios.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of sessions, collaborating with the academic team to refine materials, and ensuring a consistent, professional learning experience. This is an online work position, and is open only to non-Brazilian candidates.

Requirements/Qualifications: (Please ONLY apply if you MEET ALL the following requisites)

-ACTIVE CNPJ is essential and mandatory

-FLUENT ENGLISH at teaching level with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation suitable for business environments.

-International TEACHING CERTIFICATION or graduation in Education, Languages, Linguistics, Business, or a related field; international teaching certificates (e.g., CELTA, TESOL).

-Proven solid EXPERIENCE teaching English to professionals or executives, with a focus on business or corporate communication.

-Proven experience with ONLINE TEACHING

-Ability to design and deliver personalized lesson plans based on learners’ job roles, industries, and real business situations.

-Skills in facilitating communication practice for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and leadership interactions.

-Comfort with online teaching tools, learning platforms, and digital resources to support interactive and engaging classes.

-Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work with diverse, high-level professionals in a respectful, inclusive manner.

-Know how to use Google Meet and Notion for teaching

-Having a good computer setup and a stable internet connection
