Title:- Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET, React, AWS)
Location:- Sydney
Duration:- 6 Months Extendable
Project Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team focused on digital transformation, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native application development. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong expertise in backend development using .NET and AWS, while also contributing to frontend development using React.
The successful candidate will operate between a Senior and Staff Engineer level, contributing to solution design, low-level design (LLD), implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade applications supporting government schemes, mortgage/home loan processing, and workflow automation initiatives.
Skills required:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in enterprise Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
Backend & Full Stack Technologies
Extensive hands-on experience with:
Strong understanding of:
- API design and development
- Service-oriented architectures
Proven experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
Hands-on experience with:
- AWS ECS and/or EKS (Mandatory)
Experience with:
- Scalable and resilient application design
Integration & Messaging Technologies
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
Security & API Authentication
Strong understanding of:
- API authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Secure API exposure to upstream and downstream systems
- Enterprise integration security practices
- Authentication and access management concepts
DevOps & CI/CD
Mandatory experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, including:
- Automated build and deployment pipelines
- Release management
- Monitoring and deployment automation
Database Technologies
Experience with:
- Other enterprise relational database platforms
Nice To Have:
- Enterprise workflow orchestration platforms
Domain Experience (Highly Desirable)
Experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Banking and Financial Services
- Mortgage and Home Loan Platforms
- AWS Government Services Platform (GSP) or similar government cloud environments
- Enterprise Workflow Automation and Process Digitization
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using .NET and React.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and low-level design (LLD) activities.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and industry best practices.
- Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and messaging solutions.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Implement workflow automation, orchestration, and process digitization solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
- Support CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, testing, release management, and production support activities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering team members.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
