About the Role

This is a senior functional and technical role focused on the design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.

The SAP TM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Transportation Management solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

The role requires strong expertise in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, charge calculation, freight settlement, and integration with logistics and financial processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to translate business requirements into scalable SAP TM solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP experience, including strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management.
• Proven experience in SAP TM implementation, implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
• Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP TM implementations is strongly recommended.
• Required experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management, preferably Embedded TM.
• Solid understanding of logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight planning, and order-to-cash processes.
• Strong knowledge of integration between SAP TM and SD, MM, EWM, FI, LE, and external systems.
• Ability to take ownership of business process design, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
• English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP TM or SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SAP Fiori, CDS views, analytics, or KPI reporting.
• Exposure to GTS, Event Management, Advanced Shipping and Receiving, or multinational/global template implementation programs.
• Experience integrating with carriers, 3PL providers, warehouse platforms, transportation tools, or external logistics networks.
• Experience mentoring team members and supporting knowledge transfer across functional and technical teams.
