Salesforce Business Analyst

Juanes@Red - Salesforce Business Analyst – Long Term – Hybrid (Barcelona).

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a global project.

This role is scheduled to start in August or September.

Working Model: Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite at the customer office in Barcelona.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Strong hands-on functional expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud (and exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds like Sales or Experience).
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into clear functional specs, user stories, and solution designs.
• Experience running solution workshops, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and supporting UAT.
• Experience working alongside technical teams, external vendors, and distributed global stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
