Junior Project Engineer - Certification

Job Description

• Coordinate certification and compliance projects from initiation through completion.
• Review technical documentation, reports, drawings, and product information.
• Support audit and inspection activities while ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Communicate with clients regarding project status, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing reports, certification records, and standardized documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities with laboratories and technical teams.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify and help resolve project‑related issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable standards, certification requirements, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage repetitive administrative and documentation tasks.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
