We are seeking a versatile professional to manage executive support, HR operations, administrative tasks, and digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple domains with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
· Support in hire to retire through ATS tools, structured interview coordination and HRIS.
· Assist grievance handling with case‑tracking tools and compliance‑aligned communication.
· Maintain legal documents, contracts, NDAs, and MoUs using secure digital repositories.
· Track contract lifecycles with automated reminders for renewals, expiries, and compliance checkpoints.
· Support statutory compliance through regulatory monitoring, checklists, and timely filings.
· Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential communication using tools.
· Prepare correspondence, presentations, briefs, and research summaries for leadership.
· Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with automated agendas, minutes, and follow‑up trackers.
· Maintain secure communication channels and controlled access to sensitive information.
· Create communication assets using modern design tools (Canva).
· Support social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns with scheduling and analytics tools.
· Maintain content calendars, digital archives, and version‑controlled repositories for consistent brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Must have excellent communication skills
· MBA/BBA or equivalent degree in Business/HR/Management.
· 0 - 1 years of experience across EA, HR, Admin, or digital content roles.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
· Creative mindset with ability to balance operational and branding tasks.
