\n This dynamic City firm with a highly-regarded insurance team is looking to hire a non-contentious lawyer with insurance and related regulatory experience. Clients include leading global insurers and other London market entities, life companies and friendly societies, Lloyd's Syndicates, and international insurers with businesses in the UK. The caseload will be both transactional and advisory, involving strategic partnership / bancassurance arrangements, drafting and negotiating distribution and outsourcing agreements, FCA and PRA regulatory issues, reinsurance agreements and insurance business transfers/M&A.
