Senior Project Manager – Development Monitoring & Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

We are partnering with an independent, employee-owned property consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing Development Monitoring & Technical Due Diligence team in Real Estate Consultancy.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Consultancy professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with client-facing advisory work.

\n

You'll be working with banks, institutional investors, developers and lenders, delivering Technical Due Diligence and Development Monitoring services across a diverse range of real estate projects, including commercial offices, logistics, industrial, residential, life sciences and mixed-use developments.

We're particularly keen to speak with professionals who have experience in:

\n

• Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

\n

• Development Monitoring / Project Monitoring

\n

• Lender advisory services

\n

• Technical reporting and risk assessment

\n

• Advising investors, banks and developers throughout the project lifecycle

\n

• Managing client relationships and supporting business development

\n
