What you'll get to do...

  • Strategic Leadership: Set the vision for our UK marketing strategy, aligning with business goals and brand guidelines. Drive growth, market share, and profitability across a diversified portfolio
  • Innovation & Integration: Lead the integration of marketing calendars and consumer engagement activities, ensuring a seamless 360° experience across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Retail Excellence: Develop robust retail marketing strategies with key partners, enhancing the consumer experience at every physical and digital touchpoint
  • Brand Building: Champion brand equity, whether for omnichannel icons or digital-first niche brands. Foster innovation and challenge the status quo
  • Team Empowerment: Inspire, coach, and motivate your team, setting direction and nurturing talent within a collaborative, multicultural environment

  • Experience: Around 10 years in Brand Marketing, Category Management, and operational marketing within prestige/luxury/premium/niche brands (Fragrances, Cosmetics, Luxury). Proven leadership in structured omnichannel organisations
  • Digital Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing, media management, consumer insight, and retail events
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insight
  • Leadership: Outstanding people leadership skills, strong influencing abilities, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
  • Global Perspective: Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment. International experience and additional languages are a plus
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing/CRM/campaign analysis tools
