Job Description

Mount Pleasant Construction Limited is seeking 1 Data AnalystMain Duties:Collect, analyse and interpret data to support informed business decision-making.Prepare and maintain accurate reports, dashboards and performance insights.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reporting.Identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement within business operations.Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency and integrity across reporting systems.Develop data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational objectives.Collaborate with different departments to gather, validate and analyse business data.Present findings and insights clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.Support strategic planning through detailed data analysis and forecasting.Assist in improving operational efficiency through data-led process improvements.Maintain and update databases, reporting tools and data management processes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business performance enhancement.Job Details:Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeHours of Work: 40 hours per weekAnnual Salary: €42,016Hourly Rate: €20.20
