Business Development Manager – Commercial Design & Build

£30,000–£100,000 Basic + Commission
I'm working with some of the best names in the Commercial Design & Build market, from niche businesses with ambitious growth plans through to some of the largest global workplace practices.
They've got opportunities at every level, and I'm keen to speak with Business Development people ranging from ambitious juniors building their careers through to experienced BDMs with established networks. Whatever stage you're at, there's likely a role worth discussing.
What you'll be doing:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Commercial D&B market
Building relationships with occupiers, agents, project managers, landlords, architects and consultants
Developing existing client relationships into long-term opportunities
Networking across the workplace and commercial property market
Working closely with senior leadership, design and pre-construction teams
Owning your own pipeline and driving growth
What's on offer:
£30,000–£100,000 basic salary + commission, depending on experience

Requirements:
Business Development experience at any level, junior through to senior
Commercial D&B or Office Design & Fit-Out experience is a strong plus
Comfortable building relationships and owning a pipeline
