Project Coordinator / Business Analyst
(12‑Month Fixed Term Contract)
Melbourne CBD - Hybrid work environment
Join a major digital uplift program within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation. This role blends project coordination (75%) with business analysis (25%), supporting two concurrent initiatives: a SQL environment modernisation and a large‑scale application audit covering 800+ applications
You'll be the coordination hub across vendors, technical teams and diverse business stakeholders—perfect for someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple moving parts.

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across both projects.
  • Support analysis for the SQL uplift and migration workstreams.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and consolidate application information for the audit.
  • Maintain documentation, registers and project artefacts.
  • Build strong relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
What you bring
  • 5+ years' experience in project coordination and/or business analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical capability and comfort working through ambiguity.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and multi‑stakeholder programs.
  • Background in highly regulated or complex environments is desirable.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and familiarity with tools like SharePoint and JIRA.
  • Previous application experience/knowledge
