Key Responsibilities: • Deliver technical accounting services addressing new standards • Aid clients through their public offering journey • Conduct research and prepare client documentation • Create financial statements and accompanying disclosures • Partner with MNP’s Tax and Valuation teams

Requirements: • CPA designation or actively pursuing it • 3 to 4 years experience in public accounting • Extensive knowledge of IFRS and ASPE standards • Experience with US and Canadian securities regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
