Experienced Dentist or New Graduate | Full Time | No Weekends

Ballina Coast Dental is an established dental practice in Ballina, Northern Rivers NSW, with a loyal, quality-focused patient base. We are looking for a full-time Dentist to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Position

As a Dentist at Ballina Coast Dental, you will provide a broad range of general dental procedures and comprehensive patient care, supported by an experienced and well-trained team.

This is a full-time position with no weekend work, with scope for ongoing professional growth and development.

Skills & Experience Required

• Holds current AHPRA registration as a Dentist.
• Is an experienced dentist or a new graduate looking to begin their career in a supportive practice.
• Has clear and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong growth mindset.
• Is committed to providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive patient outcomes.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Values continuous professional improvement and lifelong learning.
• Is confident providing a broad range of general dental procedures, or is motivated to develop these skills with appropriate support.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
