Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices
• Lead workshops and facilitate meetings to gather requirements and transform them into actionable system configurations
• Provide advanced support for our business systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability
• Diagnose and resolve issues promptly, while conducting regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to maintain optimal system performance
• Assist in the seamless implementation and integration of business systems with other enterprise applications
• Support project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful system rollouts and smooth user experiences
• Act as a key contact for business system vendors and service providers
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal support and performance
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our business functions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable insights into business activities and performance
• Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring data accuracy and security within business systems
• Provide ongoing support and training to system users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues
• Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to foster system adoption and proficiency

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology degree required
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, with a focus on supporting business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with a variety of business systems and technologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with other business applications including eProcurement Systems (e.g., Ivalua) and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or related fields
