SAP Business Analyst HCP/BTP

Role title: SAP Business Analyst HCP/BTP

Location: Hybrid if in Ottawa or Toronto - can be remote but preference to hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for SAP HCP/BTP initiatives.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation using SAP cloud technologies.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
• Work with SAP architects, developers, and integration teams to support application development, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, UAT sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Support data migration, testing, change management, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on SAP-related projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCP/BTP services, integration concepts, and cloud-based application development.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and process workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration tools such as SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, Signavio, or similar.
