Position: Channel Partnership – HRMS

Experience: 3–8 Years

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Role Summary:

Join a growing software company offering Bharat Payroll, a cloud-based HRMS & Payroll solution. The role involves onboarding and managing channel partners, providing product training, supporting the sales cycle, and driving revenue through partner networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard channel partners.
• Conduct HRMS product demos and training.
• Support partners from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build strong partner relationships and drive sales.
• Track partner performance and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.
• Organize partner engagement programs and webinars.

Required Skills:

• Experience in B2B/Channel Sales or SaaS/HRMS sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS/SaaS solutions.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Target-driven and relationship-focused.
