About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist who can craft compelling narratives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and elevate our brand presence in a fast-paced and exciting sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans
• Create engaging content for digital channels (website, social media, newsletters)
• Plan and manage campaigns to support airline partners and travel clients
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure messaging aligns with company values
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for creative execution
• Monitor campaign analytics, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations
• Support events, PR, and stakeholder communication initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in aviation/travel/hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing tools
