Role Description

Delogate is launching a new M&A boutique focused on SME transactions. We are looking for an entrepreneurial M&A Deal Origination Founder to join at the founding stage.

You will help build the firm while sourcing opportunities, speaking with business owners, evaluating potential deals, managing the pipeline, and supporting transactions from initial conversation through closing.

This is a founder position, not a salaried role. Compensation is commission based, with a meaningful percentage of the fees generated from successfully closed transactions.

What You’ll Do

• Source and qualify M&A opportunities

• Build relationships with founders, owners, buyers, and advisors

• Evaluate businesses and financials

• Support negotiations, due diligence, and deal execution

• Help build Delogate’s origination strategy and processes

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or business brokerage

• Strong financial and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership

• Comfortable building a new M&A firm from the ground up

• Ideal for someone with M&A expertise who wants founder level responsibility and upside instead of a traditional salary.
