Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time role responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective students and partners for HOPE Training College of Australia. This hybrid position is based in New Delhi, with a blend of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, building and maintaining lead lists, contacting prospects through calls, emails, and online channels, and nurturing leads through the admissions or partnership funnel. The role involves coordinating with sales and admissions teams, updating CRM systems, preparing regular reports on lead pipelines, and supporting campaigns to increase awareness and enrollment. The Lead Generation Executive will also collaborate on improving outreach strategies and ensuring each prospective learner receives clear, respectful, and helpful information.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in New Leads and Lead Generation, including identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
  • Strong Market Research skills to analyze target segments, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with prospective students and partners.
  • Basic to intermediate Sales skills, including handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and supporting conversion efforts.
  • Experience working with CRM or lead management tools and maintaining accurate records.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including collaborating in-person in New Delhi and remotely as needed.
  • Prior experience in education, training, or customer-focused roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
