Marketing Manager
Craft Agency Ltd
Job Description
This is a globally recognised branding agency responsible for some of the most talked-about rebrands of the last decade, a motion and VFX studio, and an immersive experience specialist. In September 2025, they grouped together under a single new name to lead the combined offerings.
The proposition is genuinely differentiated and barely a year old under its new identity. Your job is to make it land in the market – across the London and New York studios – with prospects, press and the talent the group needs to win.
The Role
You lead the marketing function across two studios and report to the Growth Director, owning the marketing strategy, the budget, and the measurement against it. That means quarterly content and communications plans, thought-leadership, the website and social channels, and a media relationships programme you’ll largely build – current press contact is limited to UK trade, so this is groundwork, not upkeep.
You’ll run the awards submission process ( the group’s studios have recent gold-winning form to build on ) and line-manage one Marketing Content Manager, whose development sits with you. You contribute insights to monthly board reporting.
The Package
- £60,000 – £65,000
- Hybrid working: three days in the studio
- 25 days holiday
- Private medical insurance, plus a healthcare cash plan
- Wellbeing and innovation allowance
- Eye tests and glasses vouchers, season ticket loan, cycle-to-work scheme
The Person
You’ve run marketing for a creative, branding or production agency before, from strategy, budget and ROI through to thought-leadership, PR and awards.
You’ve likely done it through a rebrand, merger or repositioning, and you want to own a function rather than sit inside a large one. A UK/US mindset and fluency in the creative industries and their clients’ sectors both count here.
