Production Packers

Staffline Recruitment is working alongside our client, a large food processing company based in Duncrue who are seeking packing operatives on a permanent basis

Rate of pay: £14.25/hr

Hours of Work (40 hour per week)

Week 1

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am to 2:30pm

Week 2

• Monday to Thursday
• 2:30pm to 1:00am

Job Role

• Machinery and equipment safety checks, as necessary.
• Maintain appropriate records for department.
• To fulfil daily production requirements as instructed by the Line Leader/ Production Management Team.
• Responsible to keeping downtime and waste to a minimum.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of one years' experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience of using electric pallet truck.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines & targets.

Desirable Qualifications/Experience

• Electric pallet truck certificate
• Pallet stacker certificate
