Through our creative and production arms, we work across brand strategy, storytelling, design, photography, film, art direction, campaigns and creative production to help brands communicate with greater meaning and cultural relevance.

TRNSCND Studios is the visual production arm of TRNSCND Creative.

We’re now looking for a Head of Visual Production to help lead this side of the business.

This is an opportunity for an exceptionally creative, driven and visually minded person to become a key part of what we’re building.

The Role

We’re looking for someone with a strong artistic point of view who can lead the visual and production side of client work — from the initial idea through to the final execution.

As Head of Visual Production, you will:

• Lead the visual direction and art direction of campaigns and productions
• Develop creative concepts, treatments, moodboards and visual narratives
• Lead photography and visual production projects
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into compelling visual ideas
• Build and coordinate creative teams for productions, including photographers, filmmakers, stylists, makeup artists, designers, models and other collaborators
• Identify and develop new creative opportunities
• Represent TRNSCND Studios in conversations with clients and creative partners
• Collaborate closely with the wider TRNSCND Creative team to develop integrated campaigns
• Contribute to original editorial, cultural and self-initiated projects that strengthen the studio’s creative identity

• A strong understanding of composition, lighting, styling and visual storytelling
• Excellent conceptual and creative thinking
• The ability to develop an idea from concept through execution
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence working directly with clients and creative partners
• An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
• The ability to identify opportunities rather than simply wait for briefs
• A genuine interest in Caribbean culture, creativity and contemporary visual art
• A high level of commitment, initiative and personal drive
• The ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a larger creative team
