Setting up specialised van-mounted injection gear, pumps, and hoses.

Working with levels and monitoring equipment during structural lifts.

Working closely with the Lead Supervisor across residential and commercial sites.

Learning site troubleshooting and structural lifting mechanics to progress your career..

The Skillset

Hands-On Trade Experience: No experience is required, we will train you, however, background in civil construction, drilling, piling, concreting, underpinning, or general site work is highly regarded, but not essential.

Problem Solvers: Good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a focus on keeping job sites clean and tidy.

Reliability: Punctual, respectful on clients' properties, a strong work ethic and a good communicator.

Great Starting Pay: $75,000 starting package (inc. Super) with annual pay reviews as your technical skills grow.

Great Team Culture: Work directly with experienced industry leadership in a straightforward, no-BS environment where effort gets rewarded.

Variety of Work: No two days are the same-working on diverse sites across SEQ and Northern NSW.
