Job Title: Spray Technician - Pest Control (Midges & Mosquitoes)
Location: Brisbane, QLD

Why This Job is Different:
Flexible Schedule: On average, you'll work around 2-3 days per week, as wet weather affects our schedule most weeks, giving you more downtime and work/life balance. If it is raining on the day, or we can see a decent amount of wet weather on the forecast in the coming days, work will always be postponed. Midges and mosquitoes are also dormant throughout winter, so winter work days are mostly half days as well. 5-day weeks are rare, so you'll have more time for family, hobbies, or just relaxing.
Full-Time Pay: Regardless of weather or season, you are paid full-time, so you get a stable income.
Less Stress: Focus on delivering high-quality work without the 40-hour grind every week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively.
- Operate spray equipment and service vehicles responsibly.
- Inspect sites and maintain records of treatments.
- Communicate professionally with clients.
- Maintain and clean equipment after use.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience as a pest control technician.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
