Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator

As the Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator at Tank Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating purchasing and warehouse functions of our business. This full-time position is based in our Shaw workshop and is essential in ensuring the seamless coordination and scheduling of our Projects.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, process and manage purchase orders from approved purchase requisition forms

Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies

Coordinate workshop items and equipment to facilitate job completion

Track outstanding orders and overdue deliveries

Track warranty for items being returned to supplier and to assist with account credits

Fill Direct Sales Orders

Maintain inventory & controls

Coordinate servicing of instruments and company vehicles

About you

Excellent communications skills to support customer and supplier liaison

Computer skills – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite & MYOB

Proven time management & organisational skills

Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised

Previous experience in a similar role

Willingness to take on any aspect of a job to ensure its successful completion
