The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and reliable Office All Rounder to join our friendly and fast-growing team.

This role is key to keeping processes up to date and assisting with the daily administration of sites and teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems.
  • Liaising with internal teams, field staff, and external clients
  • Manage and update client and company portals.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and appointments.
  • Manage email correspondence and general enquiries.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation, compliance, and HR administration.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, forms, and internal communications.
  • Support the team with meeting setup and coordination.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff enquiries and general office support.

Purchasing and Procurement Support

  • Assist with purchasing activities to support procurement processes.
  • Place orders with approved suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply of office and site materials.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and supplier documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and cost savings.
  • Assist with ordering office and site supplies.

About You:

  • Previous administration or office support experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple portals
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, patient, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn the business from the ground up
