About the role
We are seeking a restoration technician in Brisbane region that will be responsible for providing restoration services to our clients whose properties have been damaged.
Key responsibilities:
- Onsite restoration
- Carry out structural drying
- Prepare reports, photos and damage of loss (training will be provided)
- Some travel is required, as well as travel for catastrophic events
- You will need to be able to work individually and as part of the wider team and assist the Restoration Manager in managing restoration services onsite as they crop up. You will be required to liaise and communicate with our stakeholders professionally and efficiently, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction is high.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
- White card;
- A team-oriented and customer-focused disposition, coupled with an accountable and results-driven attitude;
- Experience in a trade/hands-on role with some physical labour;
- Experience in handling water and mould claims in both commercial and residential sectors;
- IIRC certificate is preferred, but not a requirement;
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to buildeffective stakeholder relationships;
- A current driver’s licence with a clean driving history;
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities.
We are looking for the right person to start as soonas you able to. This is full-time, permanent position, and remuneration will be paid commensurate with skills and experience.
