Bushby Cleaning Products is looking for reliable and hardworking people to join our warehouse and production team in Molendinar. We currently have full-time and part-time positions available.

We are a proudly Australian, family-owned business that has been manufacturing cleaning products on the Gold Coast since 1975. We manufacture and supply an extensive range of cleaning products for commercial, wholesale and white-label customers throughout Australia.

These are practical, hands- on roles suited to people who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in doing a job properly and are comfortable working in a busy warehouse and production environment.

About the role

As a Storage Officer, you will assist across our warehouse, order fulfilment and production operations.

Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing online and wholesale orders

• Learning to operate filling and labelling machinery

• Filling, labelling and packing cleaning products

• Preparing labels and packaging materials

• Packing and wrapping pallets

• Receiving, organising and restocking warehouse shelves

• Preparing orders for dispatch

• Assisting with local deliveries when required

• Keeping warehouse and production areas clean, organised and safe

• Assisting with other general warehouse and production duties as required

About you and what we offer

We are looking for reliable, punctual and hardworking people who take pride in doing their job well. You will have strong attention to detail, follow instructions and safety procedures, and work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. You must be comfortable undertaking repetitive and physically active work, including safely lifting, moving and packing products.

You will enjoy working cooperatively as part of a team, be willing to learn and help wherever needed, and have full Australian working rights. In return, Bushby Cleaning Products offers full-time and part-time positions with consistent Monday to Friday daytime hours and no regular weekend work.

You will receive an above-award hourly rate, practical on-the-job training, and varied duties across warehouse, packing, and production operations. This is an opportunity to join a supportive, established family-owned business and build stable, long-term employment with the team.

Full training will be provided in our products, systems and machinery.

Hours of Work

Full-time positions are available, with the following usual hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7.30 am to 4.00 pm

• Friday: 7.30 am to 2.00 pm

Part-time positions are available, with the following usual hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7.30 am to 12.30 pm

Experience and Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience working in a store-related position.

• A current driver's licence is strongly preferred.

• A current forklift licence and previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, production, picking and packing, dispatch or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
