Warehouse Operations Allrounder

We are looking for an friendly, energetic and reliable Warehouse Operations Allrounder to join our small team in Yatala.

In this role, you will have variety! Responsible for a range of warehouse and logistics duties, your efforts ensure the efficient operation of our busy store.

We will train all aspects of this role and even teach you skills in mixing paint colours if that is of interest to you.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming stock and materials
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Organising and booking in freight
• Deliveries of our goods to customers as required
• Preparing bases (decanting of paint) for colour room
• Some blending of solvents
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Assisting with the organisation and upkeep of the warehouse
• Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

What we're looking for

• Some experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role (desirable) but an excellent attitude and a forklift license means we still want to talk to you
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks (incl lift 25kg drums)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Further information

40 hours per week

7.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 6am-2.30pm Friday

Company wide closure at Christmas for two weeks (Dec/Jan)
