This is an opportunity for a qualified accountant to move beyond traditional financial reporting and into a highly commercial role, working directly with the CFO and senior stakeholders across the group.

You’ll use your financial expertise to build models, assess acquisition opportunities, understand business performance and identify where the group can create additional value.

With multiple insurance businesses operating under the group, you’ll have exposure across M&A, commercial strategy, customer economics and value creation, with your analysis feeding directly into senior-level decision-making.

  • Join a business with ambitious plans to scale through acquisition and organic growth

What you’ll be doing

  • Build financial models to assess business performance, growth opportunities and value creation
  • Develop M&A models to assess potential acquisitions and synergies
  • Analyse the performance of multiple insurance businesses and identify key value drivers and areas of leakage

  • Turn complex financial and commercial data into clear insights for senior decision-makers

What they’re looking for

  • Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CGMA or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in a financial analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, transaction services or similar role
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with M&A modelling, valuations or acquisition analysis
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to look beyond the numbers and understand what drives business performance
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
