WorkingcloselywithseniorMarketing,CRM,Data,andexternalagencypartners,you'lltakeownershipofthebehavioralsegmentationmodel, challenge and refine its outputs, and translate sophisticated analysis into clear commercial strategies across acquisition, conversion, retention, and cross-sell. You'll play a central role in turning data into action and helping shape the marketing roadmap for years to come.

This is a varied, high-visibility role where you'll combine analytical expertise with commercial thinking. You'll develop decisioning frameworks, identify high-value propensity use cases, lead test-and-learn activity, analyze customer journeys, and ensure insight is embedded into CRM execution. You'll have the opportunity to directly demonstrate how better customer intelligence can unlock revenue, improve retention, and drive long-term customer value.

Youwill:

  • Own and evolve behavioral segmentation, next-best-action, and propensity-led decisioning frameworks
  • Translate customer insight and predictive outputs into actionable CRM strategies, journeys, and personalization
  • Lead test-and-learn activity and provide commercially focused recommendations to improve conversion, retention, and cross-sell

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with behavioral segmentation, predictive analytics, propensity modelling, or automated decisioning, ideally within Financial Services, Insurance, or a data-led environment
  • Strong analytical capability with SQL and data visualization, plus working knowledge of Python or similar tools
  • Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and commercial skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear business actions

Salary/Remuneration:Upto€70,000+10%bonusandmorebenefits.
