We are looking for a results-driven Acquisition Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies focused on acquiring new customers efficiently and consistently across digital channels.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing customer acquisition initiatives across paid and digital channels, optimizing the acquisition funnel, and identifying opportunities to increase conversion while reducing customer acquisition costs. This is a hands-on role that combines campaign execution, experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns across digital channels. Manage paid and other scalable acquisition channels. Optimize the acquisition funnel from first touch through conversion.

Monitor CAC, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, LTV, and ROI. Identify and test new acquisition channels and audiences. Conduct A/B tests across messaging, creatives, landing pages, and offers.

Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance. Improve landing page and funnel conversion rates. Allocate marketing resources based on channel performance.

Collaborate with sales and other teams to improve customer acquisition. Prepare regular acquisition performance reports and recommendations.

What We're Looking For Experience in acquisition marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing. Hands-on experience managing customer acquisition campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization.

Experience with paid acquisition channels. Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, CPA, CPL, and conversion metrics. Experience with analytics, attribution, and marketing platforms.

Strong experimentation and A/B testing skills. Analytical and comfortable making decisions based on performance data. Proactive and able to work independently.

Strong written and verbal English communication.

Do NOT Apply If You have never been directly responsible for customer acquisition. Your marketing experience is primarily focused on awareness or organic content. You are uncomfortable working with acquisition costs and conversion metrics. You do not have hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns. You prefer purely creative marketing roles without performance accountability.
