Growth Marketer – 100% Remote

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, experimentation, and strong analytical skills to identify and scale growth opportunities.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling growth opportunities across multiple marketing channels. You’ll work across acquisition, conversion optimization, campaign execution, funnel performance, and experimentation while using data to determine what is working and where the company should invest next.

Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple acquisition channels. Identify and test new opportunities to generate leads and customers. Build and optimize marketing funnels from acquisition through conversion.

Run experiments across audiences, messaging, offers, landing pages, and channels. Analyze conversion rates, CAC, CPL, ROI, and other growth metrics. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities throughout the customer journey.

Collaborate with sales and other teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Manage marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and growth tools. Create regular reports and recommendations based on performance data.

Scale successful campaigns and discontinue underperforming initiatives.

What We're Looking For Experience in growth marketing or a similar data-driven marketing role. Strong understanding of customer acquisition and marketing funnels. Experience running and analyzing marketing experiments.

Familiarity with paid, organic, inbound, and outbound acquisition channels. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Understanding of CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and funnel metrics.

Experience with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools. Proactive, experimental, and comfortable working independently. Strong written and verbal English communication.
