A property development company is seeking a full-time Project Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project cost control and analyse budgeted costs against actual costs;
• Manage funding arrangements, cash flow forecasting and payment schedules;
• Prepare management reports, project financial reports and investor-related materials;
• Maintain an understanding of project progress, contracts, payment milestones and key business activities;
• Communicate with project managers, builders, suppliers, banks and finance brokers, and assist in resolving finance-related and operational issues.

Requirements

• Mandarin proficiency is an essential requirement.

• Qualification in accounting, finance or a related field;
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel;
• Strong cost analysis, cash flow management and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to delivering high-quality work;
• Previous experience in construction, property development or project accounting is highly regarded.
