What You'll Do

1 - Events & University Relations

1. Coordinate end-to-end logistics for campus events, including job fairs, workshops, lectures, and office visits.
2. Support event planning, including pre-event meetings, materials, and booth setup.
3. Produce post-event reports with key metrics, learnings, and follow-up actions.
4. Conduct university research and mapping to identify new partnership opportunities.

2 - Recruiting

1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for internship and early-career roles.
2. Support other recruitment roles within the Keeta structure to gain more exposure and recruitment experience.
3. Maintain ATS and recruiting tracker with full accuracy and up-to-date pipeline status.
4. Produce weekly pipeline status reports for active roles.

3 - Intern Development

1. Collect manager feedback during intern development cycles and compile inputs for the Intern Development track.
2. Support onboarding activities for new interns joining the Keeta Brazil team.
3. Support intern engagement and community initiatives as part of their development track.

What We Need From You

1. Currently enrolled in graduation course for Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field with graduation expectation between 2027-2028.
2. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken, will be used during the process);
3. Proactive and self-driven attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
4. Genuine interest in HR, talent acquisition, and campus recruiting.
5. Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital tools for sourcing, communication, and content creation are desirable.
