The Talent Acquisition team supports Vylor's growth & overall strategy by finding and attracting the best talent. We are currently looking for a new role in our team, a Talent Acquisition Partner (international recruiter) based in Latin America. The role resides in our People Team function, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe within Talent Acquisition and People Team across the region.

Location:

Role can be based in Guadalajara, JAL, Mexico, Alphaville, SP, Brazil or Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities

• Holding responsibility for end-to-end recruitment in different countries within Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, among others).
• Sustaining close working relationships with hiring managers and People Team to drive staffing solutions and execute recruiting projects.
• Represent Vylor to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the employer brand and candidate experience in the region.
• Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies within Latin America, develop strong knowledge of Vylor and the markets we recruit from.
• Effectively use social media, ATS, CRM tools to source talent and apply direct search/networking methodology to identify talent for specific candidate pools.
• Manage vacancy postings and candidate response on internal / external job boards and KPIs related to data accuracy.
• Participate in projects and initiatives as required at regional and global level.
• Vendor management and administrative support to respective billing and payments.

Qualifications

• Full proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and comfortable to interact with all levels of management.
• Ability to develop effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to consolidate operation excellence by focusing on speed, efficiency and agility.
