Diagnostic Technician

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our Wyong team and play an important role in delivering exceptional vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repairs for our customers.

About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician who enjoys solving complex diagnostic issues, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to work within a professional, high-performing automotive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out mechanical servicing, diagnostics and repairs across a range of vehicles in line with manufacturer and company standards
• Diagnose complex mechanical and technical issues, escalating where specialist support is required
• Accurately complete repair order documentation, including all work performed and additional repair requirements
• Liaise with Parts and Workshop teams to ensure correct parts availability and communicate additional work requirements for authorisation
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop environment while adhering to all safety procedures and participating in ongoing technical training

About You

• Qualified Automotive Technician/Mechanic with proven experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards and ongoing professional development
