Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeworker to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for managing inventory, supporting daily warehouse activities, and ensuring orders are accurately prepared and dispatched, all while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and records
- Coordinating with national warehouses
- Operating forklifts to unload, move, and dispatch stock
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Preparing shipping documentation
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Optimising storage and warehouse layout
- Supporting team training on forklift safety and processes
- Conducting safety checks and promoting safe work practices
- Working closely with logistics, procurement, and construction teams
About You
- Prior Warehouse experience
- Strong communicator and team player
- Forklift licence (required)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Safety-focused mindset
- Experience in construction or solar (advantageous)
