Job Summary

Are you reliable, organised, hands‑on, and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing Duke The Label team. You’ll play an important role in preparing customer orders, maintaining an organised warehouse, managing stock, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our fulfilment team.

Important Availability Requirement

We are currently looking for someone who is available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, approximately 5 hours per day. There is also potential for additional hours and responsibilities as the business continues to grow.

Availability on both Mondays and Fridays is a major requirement for this role, so candidates who can reliably commit to these days will be prioritised.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Assistant Duties:
• Pick and Pack Perfection: Carefully pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring every Duke The Label order leaves the warehouse in perfect condition.
• Warehouse Organisation: Help maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Stock Management: Restock shelves, organise inventory, and assist with stock counts and general inventory management.
• Order Fulfilment: Support the team in processing orders efficiently, particularly during busy periods and product launches.
• General Warehouse Support: Assist with deliveries, unpacking stock, labelling, organising products, and other warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be available to work Mondays and Fridays for approximately 5 hours per day.
• Reliable and able to consistently commit to the required working days.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfilment, pick and pack, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 15kg.
• Comfortable completing hands‑on and repetitive warehouse tasks.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
• An interest in fashion or activewear is a bonus.
