About Our School

Domremy College is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic teacher with a strong academic background to join our Religious Education Faculty. An accreditation to teach Religious Education is expected, experience in teaching Stage 6 is essential. The ability to teach another KLA is desirable. This is a permanent, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2027.

As a member of Domremy College, the role requires a commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Presentation tradition. In line with the College's Learning Framework, it is expected that the successful applicant will be a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring young women to love learning, excel in their subject area and promote personal excellence.

About You

As a Religious Education Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:

  • strong classroom management and student well-being focus
  • ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
  • a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
  • Religious Education qualifications as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)
This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.
