Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordination Executive to support a busy and fast-paced senior recruitment team. This is a varied role that combines candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination (from candidate screening to interview prep & feedback), CRM management, and administrative support across multiple recruitment assignments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients while supporting consultants in delivering high-quality recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration

  • Support consultants with the administration of live recruitment assignments.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, interview packs, and client documentation.
  • Manage candidate records and maintain accurate recruitment files.
  • Assist with offer management and onboarding administration where required.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Conduct candidate searches across LinkedIn, internal databases, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across key disciplines.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Manage interview diaries and coordinate availability across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure all relevant information is communicated in a timely manner.
  • Collect interview feedback and update systems accordingly.

CRM & Database Management

  • Maintain and update candidate and client records within the CRM system.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately recorded and compliant with internal processes.
  • Support database cleansing, reporting, and talent pool management initiatives.
  • Assist with generating recruitment reports and market insights for clients when required.

Team & Business Support

  • Support consultants with market mapping and research projects.
  • Assist with job advert creation and posting across multiple platforms.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and has a genuine interest in people and recruitment.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Previous administration, recruitment coordination, customer service, or office support experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
