✈️ We’re Hiring | Travel Reservations & Customer Service Specialist (English + French)

We are looking for a Travel Reservations & Customer Service Specialist with strong experience in Spotnana Travel Platform and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to support corporate travel operations and deliver exceptional traveler experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage domestic and international travel reservations (air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation) Process bookings, ticketing, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds Support corporate travelers with itinerary planning and travel-related inquiries Utilize Spotnana for reservations, modifications, and traveler support Perform GDS operations (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo/Travelport) Handle schedule changes, travel disruptions, and last-minute requests Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat channels
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in Travel Reservations and Customer Service Hands-on experience with Spotnana Travel Platform Experience with at least one major GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo/Travelport Strong knowledge of air ticketing, fare construction, exchanges, and refunds Experience supporting corporate travel customers Excellent communication skills in English and French Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment

Travel policy management Online booking tools and travel technology platforms Airline contracts and negotiated fares CRM and case management tools
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Travel & Tourism certification is a plus
